Marianne Courey has a B.S. in Animal Science and Masters from Michigan State University. She is certified as a small animal massage therapist from Northwest School of Animal Massage and has a certificate in dog training from Penn & Fosters.
Marianne has trained, showed and taught hunter jumper horse riding for 30 years and ran a successful horse therapy program for autistic and mentally challenged children for 5 years. She has had and trained dogs for around the barn most of her life and recently became interested in doing it at the teaching level.
Marianne has a flyball dog who also is a certified pet therapy dog and both visit nursing homes and do private visits with therapists and children patients. She has learned and watched Chris for over two years now to
hone my skills and enjoy continuously learning from each and every dog she meets.
